Helping our community
We support women and girls in the world at large through our partnership with SmartWorks charity, donating clothes on a yearly basis to support disenfranchised women entering the workplace and help get them interview-ready.
CREATING AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY WORKPLACE
We welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of their ethnicity, gender or cultural background. We will always hire the best person for the role, regardless of these factors. We ensure all job descriptions have any bias towards certain groups removed and have accessible application processes. We have standard hiring processes to ensure this is fair to all candidates and support & training for managers on hiring techniques and best practices.
OTHER WORKPLACE INITIATIVES
Since 2022 we have offered RIXO employees free, private one-on-one mental health coaching. We also offer employees free monthly yoga sessions in the office. A healthy body is a healthy mind!
Encourage female leaders of tomorrow
Department heads will host quarterly empowerment panels to inspire RIXO employees.
Promote education & training for women
Starting in 2024, all employees and future new starters will complete Equal Opportunities workshops hosted by KnowYourBias.
Do our part to help end discrimination in the supply chain
We’ll be joining the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles to help end discrimination and violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres. Stay tuned for updates in 2024.
In 2025 we will measure and publicly report on RIXO’s gender pay gap data and progress to achieve gender equality.
