"I chose the black version of this dress, and at first glance, you might think that’s the boring option. But for me, it was exactly the opposite. I wanted a timeless piece that I could style in different ways, casually during the day or dressed up for more elegant occasions. I also intentionally chose the smaller size because I prefer a more fitted silhouette, and I’m so glad I did. It hugs my body beautifully while still feeling incredibly comfortable thanks to the soft, fluid viscose fabric. The first time I wore it was on my birthday in Costa Brava, and the weather was incredibly hot. That’s when I truly appreciated the fabric. It felt so light and soft against my skin, and it was wonderfully breathable. Even in the heat, I stayed comfortable, which made such a difference. More than anything, this dress made me feel beautiful, feminine, and effortlessly romantic. It’s my very first Rixo dress, and I won’t pretend it was an impulse purchase, I spent quite a while deciding whether it was worth it. Looking back now, I can confidently say it was one of the best wardrobe decisions I’ve made. "This is an excellent dress. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they had petite sizing in more colors. I agonized over buying it for like 2 years because of the price but it is worth it! I am 5’1” with a short torso, 32A, usually wear a size 27 or 4 pants (I live in US). I got the XXS and it fits me shockingly well - the only tiny adjustments I am going to need to make are shortening the straps a bit and hemming it so that it’s more of a midi length, but that’s not unusual for me to have to do. Often these kinds of dresses do not fit me well, but I am so happy!"
