"These are lovely shoes - though a little less delicate than their photo. More chunky looking in real life. I have given 4 stars because they hurt quite a bit around the toe post so not for long walks. They are very flattering and make your feet look pretty due to the cut and heel height. Returns are not straightforward if you change your mind. No return label or paper invoice with return details. However, I’m not going to return so not an issue."
