Try Before You Buy at Home
We want you to enjoy RIXO’s seamless store fitting room experience without leaving the house, and we’ve teamed up with Harper Concierge to offer just that. Select up to 8 pieces online, click Try Before Your Buy in your bag, and book a time for one of our RIXO-trained stylists to bring them to your door.
There is no obligation to buy. You can get styling advice or simply have your concierge deliver and wait while you try everything on by yourself. This is your chance to try different sizes, up to 8 of your favourite styles in a variety of prints, or style new RIXO with your own pieces.
The stylist returns items you do not want and swiftly takes a card payment for those you do. There is no commitment to buy anything you ordered, and you only pay for what you keep (plus the £14.95 delivery fee from Harper Concierge). This service is carbon neutral, and a tree is planted for every appointment.
How to book
Click Try Before You Buy and book a one-hour slot through Harper Concierge’s form at checkout. Slots are available from the day after booking, 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. Appointments must be booked by Wednesday 3pm latest for the weekend ahead. You may also choose whether your stylist comes into your home or waits outside at this stage.
Once booked, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking date and time. Should you need to change your time, simply e-mail service@harperconcierge.com or call 0333 939 8123 and Harper Concierge will be in touch shortly.

Where is this service available?
This service is currently available in Greater London (all 32 London boroughs and the City). Please note, you are unable to use Harper Concierge on pre-order items.
How many styles may I try?
Try on up to 8 pieces at a time from the comfort of your own home.
How much does this cost?
RIXO covers most of the fees. A nominal charge of £14.95 is payable by card at your appointment. There is no additional spend or purchase requirement.
Who is coming over?
A RIXO-trained member of the Harper Concierge Style Team delivers your pieces. Please note, your stylist may arrive at any time during your 1-hour slot. Appointment slots are one hour, and you have 40 minutes of try-on time after you take delivery.
How may I pay?
Payments are taken by your stylist at your appointment via a mobile iZettle card reader, which accepts most cards and contactless payments. Learn more about accepted payment methods here.
May I return my purchases after an appointment?
If you would like to return purchases made through Harper Concierge later, please contact our Customer Care team.
