We deliver to all countries (excluding Russia), with the help of our couriers. USA & Rest of World (incl. Northern Ireland & Channel Islands) are shipped with DHL.

Republic of Ireland:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders). Order by 18th December for standard delivery to receive in time for Christmas.

UK:
Standard delivery: £4.95
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)
Next working day delivery (excludes Northern Ireland & Channel Islands): £9.95
- Order by 7.30pm Monday - Thursday to receive your purchase next working day.

Europe:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

USA:
- Standard delivery: $25
- Express delivery, receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

Rest of World:
- Standard delivery: £15
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

Track My Order

You can track your RIXO delivery via DHL (Republic of Ireland, Europe, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe, USA and the rest of the world) or DPD (UK) or using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email. RIXO orders require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers cannot offer alternative options such as delivery to a safe place for your package. Duties & Taxes

We cover all duties and taxes for deliveries to the EU. For all other international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

Returns

If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or redelivery. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page. Please note purchases made online cannot be returned to our New York store.
