Pre-order items that are coming soon via our trusted partner Purple Dot.

How it works

You can pre-order items that are coming soon via our trusted partner Purple Dot – we will deliver them as soon as they reach our warehouse. You’ll see ‘Pre-Order’ on the product page in place of the usual ‘Add to Cart’, as well as the expected ship date of your selected size. Checkout as normal (with or without creating an account) and we will fulfil your order as soon as possible.

There is no charge until your order ships, and you can cancel for free at any time.

Please note, pre-order items are not available for Next Working Day delivery. Pre-orders and Try Before You Buy orders with Harper Concierge (London only) must be done separately.

Delivery

When ordering a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, delivery will be charged twice as the shipment will be split into two. This is so we can get in-stock items to you as soon as possible.

If you pre-order multiple items with different estimated shipping dates, these will be dispatched together, once the final item is available.

Sometimes the estimated shipping date changes – if this happens, we will inform you via email.

When will I be charged?

Your card won't be charged until your pre-order is ready to ship, at which point you will receive an email with more details.

What if I want to cancel?

You have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. You can do so via the Purple Dot customer portal here or via the link in your pre-order confirmation email. We regret that we cannot cancel orders once out for delivery, but you can make a return in line with our returns policy. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
