Delivery Options:

We deliver worldwide (excluding Russia). All international orders, including those to the US, Australia, and Europe, are shipped via FedEx. Due to suspended flights across parts of the Middle East, FedEx has temporarily suspended deliveries to the following destinations: 

- Bahrain
- Iran
- Iraq
- Israel
- Jordan
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- Oman
- Qatar
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia

Unfortunately, due to this suspension, any orders placed to the above destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

UK:
- Standard delivery: £4.95
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days with standard delivery (excludes pre-orders).
- Next working day delivery (excludes Northern Ireland & Channel Islands): £9.95
- Order by 7pm Monday - Thursday to receive your purchase next working day.

Republic of Ireland:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)

Europe:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)

USA:
- Standard delivery: $25
- Express delivery, receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)
- Duties included, taxes are calculated at checkout
- Sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable for US orders.

Rest of World:
- Standard delivery: £15
- Receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders). 

Track My Order

You can track your RIXO delivery via Royal Mail (UK) or FedEx (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe, USA and the rest of the world) or using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email.

Duties & Taxes

We cover all duties and taxes for deliveries to the EU. For all other international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges. US duties are included and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Returns

If your order is marked as undeliverable or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us by the carrier. Unfortunately, once a parcel is on its way back, we’re unable to stop, redirect the shipment, or re-ship the same order. Once the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that returned parcels cannot be tracked during their journey back to us.
