We deliver worldwide (excluding Russia). All international orders, including those to the US, Australia, and Europe, are shipped via FedEx.
Christmas cut-off dates
Order by the 17th December with standard delivery and by the 19th December with Next day delivery to get it in time for Christmas.
UK:
- Standard delivery: £4.95
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)
- Next working day delivery (excludes Northern Ireland & Channel Islands): £9.95
- Order by 7pm Monday - Thursday to receive your purchase next working day.
Republic of Ireland:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)
Europe:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): €12
- Receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)
USA:
- Standard delivery: $25
- Express delivery, receive your purchase within 4-6 working days (excludes pre-orders)

- Sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable for US orders.
Rest of World:
- Standard delivery: £15

Track My Order
You can track your RIXO delivery via DPD (UK) or DHL (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe, USA and the rest of the world) or using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email. RIXO orders require a signature upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes
We cover all duties and taxes for deliveries to the EU. For all other international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges. US duties are included and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Returns
If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or redelivery. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page. Please note purchases made online cannot be returned to our New York or Kildare stores.
