Can I combine multiple returns in one return?

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to process combined returns and therefore require you to send your returns from different orders separately. Furthermore, returns registered separately, even if from the same order, can't be processed if returned in one package. Combining the returns into the same package may cause an error in your refund, so please package separately. If you've already sent back multiple returns in one package, please contact us so we can look into this for you. Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return query.

Where is RIXO stocked?

You can shop RIXO collections on our website and at our four London stores. We are pleased to work with a carefully curated number of retail partners across the UK and around the world. Please refer order and returns queries for our partners directly to them. Our Customer Care team is on hand to provide product, care and styling advice for RIXO items purchased anywhere.

Can I return my Stripe & Stare purchases?

We will not accept returns on Stripe&Stare underwear. Other RIXO x Stripe&Stare items may be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date (if shopping online) or date of purchase (if shopping in store). Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

How do I join the #humansofrixo community?

Anyone can be a #humansofrixo! Tag us in your Instagram posts or share your RIXO moments with our Customer Care team - we love seeing how you wear our designs and make them your own. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to stay in the loop with all our community events including supper clubs and sample sales.

How broad is your size range?

We believe in making beautiful pieces for all women. Please see our Extended Sizing collection for the growing number of RIXO styles in UK sizes 6 to 26 and our Petite Collection for women 5’3” and under.

How does Petite sizing work?

Petite styles measure 6.5cm shorter than our regular collection – although they’re not just cropped! Our in-house garment tech team has adjusted every measurement so the proportions are perfect.

What is RIXO Pre-Loved?

As part of our sustainability journey, we invite you to bring your pre-loved RIXO pieces to our King’s Road flagship store. If accepted, we will swap them for vouchers that can be used to shop with us. We then resell your past purchases in the store. Learn more here.

What is RIXO True Vintage?

True Vintage is comprised of authentic vintage pieces our Co-founders have sourced across the world. You can shop their finds at our King’s Road flagship – sign up for notifications of new drops. We regret that we cannot accept returns of True Vintage items purchased in our stores but you may return a True Vintage item purchased online via our regular returns process.

What is Try Before You Buy?

Our Harper Concierge service allows you to try your favourite RIXO pieces in the comfort of your own home. Select up to 8 pieces online, click Try Before You Buy in your bag, and book a time for one of their RIXO-trained stylists to bring them to your door. How do I redeem my gift card online or in store? 

Simply, enter your 16 digital card number into the “gift card and discount code” box at the checkout, then click apply. If shopping in store, present your gift card or e-gift card to a member of our team when you are at the till. 

How can I check my gift card balance? 

You can contact customercare@rixo.co.uk and we will be able to send you your balance via email – please note, our Customer Care team are available Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 GMT.
