"This dress fitted quite well but wasn’t as flattering around the bust area as it could have been so unfortunately I had to return it but the weight of the dress and the fabric were beautiful. I do sometimes find that the bust area on Rixo dresses isn’t overly generous as there is often no stretch in the fabric."

"Boho chic meets sophisticated summer maxi-style. Purchased this dress primarily for an August wedding in France, but I foresee myself wearing it to many other occasions. Whilst the option of a petite size, together with the pretty floral print was the initial draw, it was the flattering (very slimming) fit which sold it to me. Any concerns about wearing long sleeves in the potential mid-summer heat were dispelled by the lightness of this silk fabric - so lightweight and ‘floaty’, but opaque enough not to need an inner slip. I’m only 5’1” and the 10 fits well. I sized up to a 10 mainly as the 8 petite was out of stock, but the 10 petite fits me & I think it would be better to have this particular dress slightly loose rather than slightly too tight as the fabric is so lightweight."

"Lovely dress but too low. I am searching for a Mother-of-the-groom dress. I am a trendy 63. I want a dress that covers my wrinkly elbows, and midaxi length. Those requirements are non-negotiable. I am also petite 5'2''. It's almost impossible to find something that fits me. I was SO excited to find this dress. However, it is cut very low at the neckline, so all you saw was my bra. Devastating, as apart from that, it is perfect. I guess it suits ladies who can go bra-less, or don't mind their underwear showing. (I tried it with a plunging bra and it still showed). Oh well, on with the search. . ."
