Perfect party dress

"I tried this on in store on a whim then just had to have it! It has real “party dress” energy. The velvet is lush and I love the skirt ruffles which stick out like a tutu. Drapes beautifully with a low ish back but still covers a bra. Short but as expected on me at 5’7”. I sized up to a 14 as I usually do in the shorter dresses for a bit more coverage, but it would have been fine in my usual 12 for a more fitted look. So happy to see the return of bra strap holders!! Fabric could be better with a bit more silk in but overall lovely and made for dancing!"
