You can order coming soon and selected out-of-stock styles via Purple Dot.

We produce unique, often exclusive designs in very limited runs to buy and wear now, so we seek to make them available as soon as possible. While some of the products seen on our site may not currently be in stock, you still have the opportunity to order them in your size, even while purchasing items that are available.

How it works

If an item is out of stock, you'll notice a small grey envelope icon in the corner of each size selection box. Simply click on your size, and if the item is available for pre-order, you'll spot a purple dot below the size menu. That means you can add the pre-order item to your shopping bag.

Once you've selected your items, proceed to checkout as usual, with or without creating an account. We'll fulfill your order as quickly as we can. 

What to expect

After placing a pre-order, expect a confirmation email in your inbox. This doesn't mean you've been charged yet. We won't process any payment until your pre-order item is ready to ship from our warehouse. At that time, you'll receive another email confirmation.

Kindly note that when you purchase both an in-stock and pre-order item at the same time, we'll ship them out separately as they become available. Expect separate deliveries and updates via email for each item.

If you order multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, we'll dispatch all items together once the final item is ready.

What if I want to cancel?

You have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. You can do so via the Purple Dot customer portal here or via the link in your pre-order confirmation e-mail. We regret that we cannot cancel orders out for delivery, but you can make a return that complies with our policy. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
