You can order coming soon and selected out-of-stock styles via Purple Dot.
We produce unique, often exclusive designs in very limited runs to buy and wear now, so we seek to make them available as soon as possible. Some of the products you see on our site are not currently in stock, but we still offer you the opportunity to purchase them in your size. You can even order them while you are purchasing in-stock items.
How it works
When an item is unavailable, you will see a small gray envelope icon on the corner of each of its size selection boxes. Click on your size, and if this item is available for pre-order, you will see a purple dot beneath the size menu. A pre-order item is available to add to your bag.
You can then take it through the checkout as normal, with or without creating an account, and we will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Pre-order items are never available for next-working-day delivery.
Pre-orders and at-home bookings with Harper Concierge (London only) may not be made as part of the same order; please book them separately.
What to expect
After making a pre-order, you will receive a confirmation via email. This does not mean you have been charged. No money will be taken until a pre-order item is ready to ship from our warehouse, when you will receive a separate email confirmation.
Please note that when you order an in-stock and pre-order item simultaneously, both are dispatched as soon as they become available, so they will likely arrive in separate deliveries. You will receive separate updates via email about each.
When you order more than one pre-order item simultaneously but with different estimated shipping dates, all items will be dispatched only when the final item is available.
What if I want to cancel?
You have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. You can do so via the Purple Dot customer portal here or via the link in your pre-order confirmation e-mail. We regret that we cannot cancel orders out for delivery, but you can make a return that complies with our policy. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
