We produce unique, often exclusive designs in very limited runs to buy and wear now, so we seek to make them available as soon as possible. While some of the products seen on our site may not currently be in stock, you still have the opportunity to order them in your size, even while purchasing items that are available.
How it works
You can pre-order items that are coming soon – we will deliver them as soon as they reach our warehouse. You’ll see ‘Pre-Order’ on the product page in place of the usual ‘Add to Cart’, as well as the expected ship date of your selected size. Checkout as normal (with or without creating an account) and we will fulfil your order as soon as possible.
Payment for your pre-order will be taken when the order is placed, as with a usual order. Once we have received the items, your pre-order will be packed and shipped. You can cancel your pre-order up until the picking and packing process begins, so please check with us first before cancelling.
Please note, the shipping date is an estimate and can be subject to change or delays.
What to expect
After placing a pre-order, expect a confirmation email in your inbox.
When ordering a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped as per usual so we can get them to you as quickly as possible.
Sometimes the estimated shipping date changes – if this happens, the new estimated dates will be visible on our website.
If you order multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, we'll dispatch the items in accordance with their respective shipping dates.
What if I want to cancel?
You have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been picked and packed. We regret that we cannot cancel orders once out for delivery, but you can make a return in line with our returns policy. Please contact Customer Care for more information
