We ship US orders via FedEx. Please note, we do not require a signature upon delivery.
Duties & Taxes
US duties are included and taxes are calculated at checkout.
If you are contacted by a courier requesting payment of any taxes or duties, please contact us before making any payment so we can verify the request and arrange for these charges to be waived or resolved directly with the courier. Please do not pay these charges without contacting us.
Please note, we are unable to recover or reimburse any charges that you have paid.

Archive collection and discounted sale products are final sale, and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable for US orders.
Returns
If your order is marked as undeliverable or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us by the carrier. Unfortunately, once a parcel is on its way back, we’re unable to stop, redirect the shipment, or re-ship the same order. Once the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that returned parcels cannot be tracked during their journey back to us.
