We ship US orders via FedEx. We do not require a signature upon delivery. Once you’ve received your tracking details, you can amend your delivery date to a more convenient time.

- Archive and sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable for US orders.
Returns
If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or redelivery. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page. Please note purchases made online cannot be returned to our New York store.
