Tracking My Order
You can track your RIXO shipping via DHL or using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email. RIXO orders require a signature upon shipping. Our couriers cannot offer alternative options such as shipping to a safe place for your package. Please see our couriers’ websites for more information. 

We ship to all countries (excluding Russia), with the help of our couriers. 
Orders (incl. Rest of world, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands) are shipped with DHL. 

USA:
- Express shipping (Tracked 2-4 working days): $25
- Duties included, taxes calculated at checkout

- Sale products purchased on or after 19th February, 2025, are non-returnable and non-refundable for US orders.
- Please note there may be some shipping delays due to customs changes in the US.

Rest of World:
- Standard shipping: $17
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

Duties & Taxes
Duties are included and taxes will be added at checkout for US customers. For all other international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

Returns
If you refuse or otherwise fail to take shipping of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or shipping. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page. Please note purchases made online cannot be returned to our New York store.
