• E-Gift cards expire one year from the purchase date.

• E-Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded after purchase.

• E-Gift cards cannot be purchased with an offer or discount code.

• E-Gift cards will be redeemed in GBP, and this is the currency in which your E-Gift Card account balance will show. 

• No additional processing fees are applicable.

• Your E-Gift Card will be delivered by email with instructions on how to redeem at the checkout in our stores or at rixolondon.com.

• You may forward the e-mail confirming your RIXO E-Gift Card has been created to your giftee.  

• If you purchase a card while shopping in Euros or US Dollars, you will be charged the GBP equivalent using the exchange rate at time of purchase.
