How can I learn when a RIXO item is back in stock?
Our products are produced in very limited runs. If a style or size you want sells out and you can still see its product page, please click on your desired size and enter your e-mail address in the field provided to receive a notification if it becomes available.
You can also click 'Find in Store' on any style's page to check its availability in our stores. Stores can arrange orders by phone if you are outside London when you call them. If you do not see the product you want on our site, you can contact Customer Care for advice on similar or alternative pieces.
When do your collections launch?
RIXO launches small, considered monthly collections. Our prints, patterns and embroidery are hand designed for materials selected for their longevity, as well as to feel and look beautiful. Many styles are exclusive to RIXO, making it even less likely you will see someone in a piece like yours.
I believe my order is faulty, what can I do?
In the unlikely event you find a fault, please contact us via e-mail with you order number and clear imagery and we will seek to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Can you wash RIXO dresses?
Each RIXO garment’s care instructions appear in full on its label. In addition, we provide care advice on each product’s page. If your RIXO item has no label or is no longer on our website, please contact Customer Care.
Do you provide alterations?
