Where do you ship? 

We ship all over the world, excluding the Russian Federation. Please see our shipping information to learn more.   

Where is my order?

You can track your order via DHL using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation e-mail. For additional help finding your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

We regret that we cannot modify orders. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, but you can make a return.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. You can do so via the Purple Dot customer portal here, or go via the link in your pre-order confirmation e-mail. We cannot cancel an order or pre-order that has already been sent, but you can make a return that complies with our conditions.

Which payment methods do you accept?

RIXO accepts Amex, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, GPay, and PayPal for online payments. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

Where can I use my RIXO e-gift card/gift card?

Your RIXO gift card and e-gift card may be used on our website and in our stores. Gift cards may be ordered online for postal delivery or purchased from our stores. E-gift cards are delivered via email with instructions on redeeming them at checkout. Cards will expire one year after issue. Read more about them here.

How can I pre-order an item?

When an item is unavailable, you will see a small grey envelope icon on the corner of each of its size-selection boxes. Click on your size, and if this item is available for pre-order, you will see a purple dot beneath the size menu. A pre-order item is available to add to bag. You can then take it through the checkout as normal, with or without creating an account, and we will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Learn more here.
